  • 3-6-9-12-15-18-21 Burpee
  • After every round 200/150 m Assault runner

Round 1 is 21 T2B, 3 Burpee, 200m Run

Round 2 is 18 T2B, 6 Burpee, 200m Run 

etc..

Scale rope climbs to 10 Strict chin up (with rubber band if needed)
