Squat workout 8/8
(next week is test week)
6 x 3 back squat
first rep is tempo 31×1, second is with pause and last one is normal
- every 2,5 minute
- start w/ 75-80% of 1rm
- no FAILS !
METCON (sama kuin 9.9.2019 mutta toisin päin)
3 x every 4 minutes:
- 15/12cal assault bike (max 1 minute)
- 15 DB front squats
- 9 box jump overs (60/50 cm)
*rx 55-45´s/35-25´s
*so use weight that you can hardly go unbroken sets or scale reps
