Push jerk
5 sets:
- 2 push press and 3 push jerk
start w/80 % 3 RM push press and increase
* rest 2 minutes between sets
*rookies / if you don,t have done last week push presses. You will do 5 x 7 push press. start w/65 % of 1 rm 3rm push press
Interval
with partner 15 minutes:
90 sec. ON / 90 sec. OFF (5 sets for both)
- 5 Man makers (45/35-25) and rest of the time Handstand hold
scale HS hold: to walking,against the wall,wall climb etc..
