5 rounds every third minute:
- 5-8 weighted chin up + 8-12 Deadlift
*in weighted chin up as heavy as possible
*in deadlift increase weight in every rounds. Start with about 50 % and 12 reps
10 min amrap:
- 10 m handstand walk
- 8 high box jump
- 10 m burpee broad jump
- 8 t2b
*scale HS walk to 2-10 m, 20 m bear walk etc.
