- 2 Power snatch + Pause Overhead squat (3 sec. pause at the bottom)
5 sets on the min (add more weight in)
- 2 squat snatch
2 min rest between exercises
5 x 1 snatch go heavy,no fails
3 heavy sets:
- 10 back squats (start 60 % of 1 rm max)
- 15-20 GHD sit ups or 10-15 strict t2b
rest at least 2 minutes between sets
