- 10 minutes and light weight and speed
- 3 rep sets
2 heaving snatch balance + 2 snatch balance
- 15 minutes and light weight and speed
- max 50-60 % of 1 rm snatch
3 rounds for quality and minimum rest:
- 5 Snatch Deadlift (90 – 100% off 1 rm snatch/ tempo 3 sec. down )
- 5-8 high box jump
- 5 -10 m Handstand walk
Scale Handstand walk to:
5 m walk against the wall or 1-2 x 360° box walk
