  • go 80-85 % of 1 rm and do work sets (3) with 2-3 min rest

Clean shrug 3×3 (use 100% of 1RM clean)


10 amrap w/partner

  • 30 Du (scale to 20 barbell over jumps)
  • 5 t and go power clean 50-60 % of 1 rm max

DU must go under 30 sec. Scale reps!
