Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
- 2 Muscle-ups
- 4 Handstand Push-ups
- 8 Kettlebell swings(32/24kg)
Scale:
2 Muscle ups to bar mu or mu transition exercise or 4 Pull-ups and 4 Dip or push-ups etc
4 HSPU to elevated handstand Push-up or 6 Heavy dumbell strict press
8 Kettlebell swing to 28/20kg, 24/16kg etc…
